Located on the second floor of the historic Nį Tanį Hocira (Three Rivers House), the La Crosse Youth & Learning Center provides various services to Native American youth within the La Crosse area. Services are made possible due to funding from the Ho-Chunk Nation and grant funding received through the La Crosse School District.

The La Crosse Y&LC focuses on (4) four types of activities; Recreational, Cultural, Educational and Preventative; i.e. Drug & Alcohol, Nutritional, & Healthy Lifestyles and choices.
