Due to COVID related restrictions, the Ho-Chunk Nation is STRONGLY encouraging online GWEA application submissions. By submitting online, the tribal member will receive a confirmation number that can be monitored and tracked by HCN Treasury staff.
Faxed or mailed applications will be accepted only in the event an online submission is not possible, no confirmation number will be provided to faxed or mailed applications.
