The Ho-Chunk Nation has recently worked to resolve the income and withholding verification issue surrounding the 2017 Form 1099-MISC (Per Capita Statement) and 1098-INT (Mortgage Interest). The verification information has been supplied to the IRS and after six to eight weeks the issue surrounding the 2017 tax year should be resolved.
