Internet Payment and Reimbursement is available to Ho-Chunk enrolled students in grades K-12 for the months of March-June, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 remote learning requirement.

There are two applications:

1. One application is for new internet service
2. One is for current customers who are eligible for up to $75.00 in payment or reimbursement for their internet service fees.

ALL applications and back-up documentation must be sent to: SCR@Ho-Chunk.com, or faxed to 715-284-1760, or they will not be processed.

Applications must be received by June 15, 2020.
