This is a drug and alcohol-free community education event hosted by the Ho-Chunk Nation Departments of Social Services and Education.
Yes. Administrative Leave has been approved for Ho-Chunk Nation Tribal members and employees. You are responsible for informing your supervisor ahead of time and must sign in and out on the Administrative Sign-In forms before and after each session.
Administrative Leave is approved starting at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 (for four hours), and for eight hours on both Wednesday, August 6, and Thursday, August 7, 2025.
To ensure you receive your requested shirt size, you must pre-register by July 4, 2025. Shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed after this date.
Individuals who arrive after registration has closed must wait until all registered participants have gone through the meal lines.
Yes. Meals will be provided. Available drinks include water, coffee, iced tea, and lemonade. Please note that pop/soda will not be provided.
A limited number of tents are available and can be requested on the registration form. If no tents are available when you register, you will be notified. All attendees must bring their own personal and camping supplies, such as sleeping bags, blankets, air mattresses, cots, and other gear. A shower house is available on site.
Be sure to bring lawn chairs, appropriate outdoor clothing, sunscreen, and bug spray. This is an outdoor event.
Yes. Daycare will be available on Wednesday and Thursday for children ages 0 to 6 years. Parents or caregivers must provide any necessary items such as diapers, Pull-Ups, and formula. If your child uses a diaper bag or drinks formula, please clearly label their items. Children must be picked up promptly at meal times.
No. Daycare will not be available on Tuesday afternoon, as the events on that day are designed to be family-focused.
