All students must be eligible to register with JOM to receive the backpacks and supplies. All supplies will be provided based on each school's supply list.
** If you have not provided proof of enrollment with a federally recognized tribe, or proof of descendancy, we must have it before providing the school supplies and backpacks.
*** Each student must be a member of a federally recognized tribe, or the child or grandchild of a federally recognized tribe. We will need proof of enrollment, as well as birth certificates of students (if parent is enrolled) and student and parent (if grandparent is enrolled). NO EXCEPTIONS
